REDEEMING ROUNDS OF GOLF (FORMERLY “CERTIFICATES”)

Participants can use their Troon Rewards points towards one (1) complimentary round of golf based on the redemption table/schedule. Rounds of golf can also be redeemed by using a combination of Troon Rewards points and cash (Example: A complimentary round of golf at a “Tier 4” course would require 800 Troon Rewards points or a combination of 400 Troon Rewards points and $40*).
*VAT will be applied to points and points/cash redemptions in the United Arab Emirates.

RULES & RESTRICTIONS: 

• Rounds may be played Monday – Thursday anytime; Friday – Sunday/Holidays after 12:00 p.m. at participating Troon daily-fee facilities (please note: In the UAE and Bahrain, rounds may be played Sunday – Thursday anytime; Friday – Saturday/Holidays after 12:00 p.m.). When using Troon Rewards points for a complimentary round, tee times can be made up to 3 days in advance, and use of Troon Rewards points must be mentioned at time of booking
• Troon Rewards points do not expire, provided that member has earned or redeemed Troon Rewards points in the last eighteen (18) months
• Troon Rewards redeemed points may be used based on availability and cannot be used in conjunction with groups (12 players or more), hotel/resort packages or with any other special offers
• The issuing of Troon Rewards points does not constitute a reservation. Participants are responsible for making all reservations and communicating directly with a facility regarding Troon Rewards points
• EXCLUSION DATES – Troon Rewards points cannot be redeemed in AZ from Jan 25 – Feb 3, 2019, during the Waste Management Phoenix Open

1. Play your tees: Choose a set of tees with a rating of 142 minus your handicap index. Or just tee it forward.
2. Play Ready Golf (tee to green): When a player is at their ball or on the tee box and is ready to play, they should play. Take no more than 45 seconds to hit your shot.
3. Be cart smart: Drop off your partner and drive to your ball. When you leave the cart, take three clubs, not one. Park behind greens.
4. Use rules with discretion: Take no more than three minutes to look for balls and take relief.
5. Keep Moving: Proceed quickly to your ball and be ready when it’s your turn to hit.
6. See it, read it, hole it: While others are putting, prepare for your putt. Go to the next tee.
7. Be accountable: Recognize that slow play isn’t just other players’ fault.
